Welcome to Tycoon.live. Tycoon.live is a strategy game that uses real-world maps and data concerning infrastructure, transportation, and other objects located in the real world. In order to enable the use of our games, applications, websites, and related services, we need to process certain information relating to users.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we may collect, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and what rights users have.
We process personal data only where we have an appropriate legal basis to do so under applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”).

If you use Tycoon.live from within the European Economic Area, the processing of your data is subject in particular to the GDPR and applicable national data protection laws.
2. What data do we collect and how do we use it?
The scope of the data we process depends on how you use Tycoon.live and which features you use.
When creating an Account, we may receive information such as your email address, user ID, in-game name, age or date of birth information, and information required to authenticate your Account. If you log in using an external provider, such as Google, we may receive information shared with us by that provider in accordance with your privacy settings and its privacy policy.
While using the Game, we may collect information concerning your activity, including gameplay information, assets owned, transactions carried out in the Game, progress, results, rankings, achievements, use of Game features, social interactions, and other activities performed through your Account.
We may also receive technical information concerning your device and connection to the Service, such as device type, operating system, application version, device identifiers, IP address, network information, language, regional settings, crash data, and information concerning how the application is used.
We primarily use this information to provide, maintain, and develop Tycoon.live, enable login and use of your Account, save game progress, ensure the proper operation of features, respond to user requests, and ensure the security of the Service.
We may also analyze how Tycoon.live is used in order to improve Game features, fix errors, develop new features, and better understand how our Service is used.
3. Location and Real-World Data
Tycoon.live uses a real-world map and data concerning real-world objects and infrastructure. Depending on the Game feature, we may use device location data or other location-related information where this is necessary for the operation of a particular feature.
If a feature requires access to your device's location, we may ask you for the appropriate permission. You can change your settings regarding the application's access to your location at any time in your device settings; however, this may cause certain Game features to stop working or to operate with limited functionality.
Location data may be used, among other things, to determine the user's position on the map, associate activity with a specific geographic area, enable the use of location-based features, and ensure the proper operation of the Game mechanics.
Tycoon.live may also use data concerning real-world objects, such as stations, stops, airports, ports, sports facilities, vehicles, energy infrastructure, or other elements of the real world. Such data may come from external providers and may not constitute personal data.
4. Security, Fraud and Proper Operation of the Game
The security of Tycoon.live and fair gameplay are important to us. Accordingly, we may process information concerning how the Game is used in order to detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, data manipulation, the use of bots, modified software, or other activities that violate the Terms of Service.
We may analyze technical information, Account information, Game activity information, and device data where necessary to detect and prevent fraud, protect our systems, and protect other users.
Where justified, we may use the services of specialized security and anti-fraud technology providers.
Such processing may be necessary for the performance of the agreement with the user, to ensure the security of the Service, or to pursue our legitimate interest in protecting Tycoon.live against fraud and abuse.
5. Purchase and Payment Data
Tycoon.live may allow users to make in-app purchases, including purchases of virtual currency, virtual items, packages, or other digital products.
If you make a purchase, we may receive information necessary to confirm and process the transaction, such as the transaction ID, purchased product, price, currency, purchase date, and information concerning the payment status.
Payment instrument data, such as the full card number, may be processed directly by the app store or an external payment provider. In such cases, Tycoon.live may not receive the full card details.
We use purchase information to process transactions, provide access to purchased content, handle refunds and complaints, maintain accounting records, and prevent unauthorized transactions and fraud.
Purchases may also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of the relevant app store or payment provider.
6. Social Features and Communication
Tycoon.live may provide features that allow users to interact with other people, such as friends, guilds, rankings, profiles, trading, messages, or other social features.
If you use such features, certain information related to your profile or activity may be visible to other users in accordance with the settings of the relevant feature.
Such information may include, among other things, your username, profile elements, results, level, achievements, ranking, owned assets, or other information related to gameplay.
We recommend that when creating a username and profile, you do not use information that makes it easy to determine your real-world identity, such as your full name, residential address, or telephone number.
If you contact our support team, we may process the content of your message, your Account details, and information necessary to resolve your request.
7. Who May We Share Data With?
We may share personal data with entities that help us operate Tycoon.live. These include, among others, providers of hosting and IT infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communications, customer support, security, payment processing, fraud prevention, and other technologies used to provide the Service.
We may also use the services of data and map providers and other technology partners necessary for the operation of specific Game features.
The providers we currently use to display advertisements and to measure advertising campaigns are Google (Google AdMob), Meta and TikTok. The scope of this processing and the consents that apply to it are described in section 9.
These providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide services on our behalf and in accordance with the agreements concluded with us and applicable laws.
We may also disclose data where required by law, pursuant to a legally binding request from a public authority, in connection with legal proceedings, or in order to protect the rights, security, and property of Tycoon.live, our users, or other persons.
If Tycoon.live is merged, acquired, or if part of its business is transferred to another entity, user data may be transferred in connection with such transaction, subject to the requirements of applicable law.
8. Transfers of Data Outside the European Economic Area
Tycoon.live may use service providers that are located or process data outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure an appropriate level of protection in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, we may rely, among other things, on European Commission adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other legally permitted data transfer mechanisms.
9. Marketing, Analytics and Tracking Technologies
We may use analytics tools and similar technologies to understand how Tycoon.live is used, measure the performance of our campaigns, improve the Service, and develop new features.
Tycoon.live may display advertisements. We use Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements, which the user may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. For this purpose, the advertising identifier of the device and technical information concerning the device and the display of the advertisement may be processed.
Advertisements are displayed in a non-personalised form unless the user consents to the use of their data for advertising purposes. Where required by applicable law, Google's consent form is presented before the first advertisement is displayed, and the user may change their choice at any time in the application settings.
If the user consents, we also measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns using Meta and TikTok tools. In that case, information about the installation of the application and about selected events in the Game (completing the tutorial, the first purchase of a vehicle for in-game currency, and a purchase made with real money) may be transmitted to those providers, together with the advertising identifier of the device. This consent is separate from consent to product analytics, is not required in order to use the Game, and may be withdrawn at any time in the application settings. On iOS devices, access to the advertising identifier additionally requires permission granted through the system prompt.
On the Tycoon.live website, we may use cookies and similar technologies. Some of these are necessary for the proper operation of the website, while others may be used for analytics, personalization, or marketing.
To the extent required by law, technologies that are not necessary for the operation of the website or Service will be used on the basis of the user's appropriate consent.
If you consent to receiving marketing communications, we may use the contact information you provide to send you information about Tycoon.live, new features, events, promotions, or other offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
10. How Long Do We Retain Data?
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to ensure the operation of Tycoon.live, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and establish, pursue, or defend claims.
After the deletion of an Account, we may retain certain information for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, settle accounts, or protect our rights.
The retention period may vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

Depending on applicable law, you have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data and to request access to your data, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing.

Tycoon.live will determine the minimum age required to use the Service in accordance with the nature of the Game and applicable laws.

We will not knowingly collect children's data in a manner contrary to applicable personal data protection laws.
If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided us with personal data in circumstances where this should not have occurred, they may contact us using the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of transmitting data over the Internet or method of electronic data storage guarantees complete security. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of all information.
Users should also take care of the security of their Account, in particular by protecting their login credentials and not sharing them with other persons.
14. Account Deletion and Changes to the Privacy Policy
You may request the deletion of your Account and associated data at any time, subject to data that we are required to retain by law or that is necessary to establish, pursue, or defend claims.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Tycoon.live, the technologies we use, applicable laws, or the way we process data.
